Our villa are all 40sqm each with the bed room and en suite bathroom. All villas are equipped with 43” flat screen tv, wardrobe and dressing table, mini fridge and private terrace. Free WiFi is available in all areas.

We have four villas facing the swimming pool area. All are tastefully decorated with a traditional theme yet elegant interior with marble floors. Each of the pool villas come with an amazing outdoor bathroom giving you a truly tropical experience

We have two Garden Villa facing our beautiful garden. Both villas are 40sqm. One villa has a double bed, en suite bathroom with bathtub and shower, and the other villa has a twin bed, en suite bathroom with shower. Both villas have private terraces.

VILLA RULES

Check in and check out time

• Check in – 14.00-18.00
Please email us if you plan to arrive at Denpasar after 15:00, we recommend you to stay 1 night around the Denpasar. We will send you the details through the email.

• Check out – 11.00-12.00
Please be aware the driving time from our villa to the airport is min. 3 hours without traffic. Make sure you check your flight details and provide enough time to travel to the airport.

A reminder:
• International flights require 3 hours before departure time
• Local flight requires 2 hours before the departure time

Cancellation Fee and full payment policies

• A cancellation fee will be applied if you cancel 1 week prior to your reservation date. Full payment will be applied for the days you booked our villa.
• Full payment will be taken on booking the villa and 100% charge will be applied

Children and beds

• A roll away bed is available for children, (only 1 per room)
• A charge of 17USD/night will be applied for 1 extra bed
